Wilsons kale is strong and healthy though they provide a little bit of a challenge when using in bouqs. I was down at UFG and found this bunch. Apparently HQ send them down.

I went to an online small flower farmer group and got this info…. grow ridiculously close together and remove lower leaves as the kale grows. There’s one type named ‘Crane’ that’s particularly good.
Image…..kiwi grown. You can just make out some stems.

I was given a lead to a Tasmanian grower and got a response …they get their seed from this Australian company. They did say that some varieties are better than others to grow for the florist industry. They’re different than ones grown for bedding display .
